At Kojo Press, we take great care in packaging and delivering our books. Due to the nature of printed books, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we offer exchange in limited cases as described below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Return Policy

All sales made on the Kojo Press website are final, and we do not accept returns for refund.

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong book

  • No longer needing the product

  • Minor differences in cover or printing design

We encourage customers to review the book description, edition, and details carefully before purchasing.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We provide exchange only in the following situations:

  • The book received is damaged during shipping

  • The wrong book was delivered

  • The book is defective or misprinted

Requests for exchange must be made within 3-4 days of delivery.

3. Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect book

  • Photo of the shipping package (if applicable)

  • Brief description of the issue

4. Exchange Approval

If your exchange request is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same book, or

  • Replacement with the correct book (if the wrong item was delivered)

Exchange requests submitted without photo proof may not be approved.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

If the exchange is approved due to:

  • Damaged book

  • Incorrect item delivered

Kojo Press will arrange the replacement shipment or cover the shipping cost.

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 4 days of delivery

  • The book has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • The product was purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces
